Duplex Homes Two adjoined living units attached by a common wall. Usually two bedrooms and two baths with garage or attached carport. Ground level with private backyards, 1200 to 1700 square feet.
Multiplex Garden Court Homes Three or four living units attached with common walls. One and two bedrooms with one or two baths. Ground level with private patios and covered carports and hobby rooms, which might be attached or located near by with convenient access. Share lovely green space or common areas. 723 to 1400 Square feet.	Apartment Homes One and two bedroom apartments in one of three apartment complexes; The Chinook, The Chalet or the Quinault. All enjoy full kitchens, private baths and convenient access to common areas, activity rooms. 700 to 950 to 1400* square feet (*deluxe 2 bedroom apartments in the Chinook).
