Continuing Care is a concept that enhances both the duration and quality of life. Essentially, it means easy access to a continuum of personal and healthcare services that are available when you need it, with most of the services available at the community. With a continuum of care, residents are part of a comprehensive program that helps remove life's uncertainties. People are more independent...more confident...more secure. For example, the Resident Services staff offers a program that includes housekeeping, home care, and personal services that can be individualized to each resident's personal needs.

At Panorama, these services include:

• Personal welfare monitoring

• 24 hour emergency service

• Personal case management

• Trained social service professionals

• Courtesy checks

• Medications monitoring

• Medicare claim assistance

• Physicians' clinic

• Dental office

• Licensed Assisted Living

• Medicare/Medicaid certified long-term care facility

Many other medical services, such as IV, respiratory, physical, speech and occupational therapies are available through the Convalescent Center or Home Health Care.

Should hospitalization become necessary, two of the Northwest's major medical centers are only minutes away. You can recuperate close to home at Panorama's outstanding Medicare/Medicaid certified Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center located right here on campus.

Long-Term Care Insurance

For a little extra peace of mind, we offer a group long-term care insurance program that provides comprehensive coverage and a flexible benefit structure at competitive premiums, available exclusively to our residents.

At many CCRC's you are required to move to a more structured home. Panorama's services are designed so that you can receive them in your home. Our contract provides for a move for your personal health purposes, but that move is only made at your request, not according to our time table.
